    Our standard postage is FREE to all UK addresses for orders over £40 and all items will be posted via SECOND class delivery within 1-2 days of receiving cleared payment. Second Class postage generally takes 3-6 days to arrive. You can also upgrade to FIRST class post for just £3.99 per item (Delivery generally within 1-3 days of being shipped). If you do require your purchase even sooner than this we can offer you an Express Delivery service from £7.99 (Guaranteed Next Working Day if ordered before 1PM). Price will be according to the weight of the parcel.

    Please note this does not include orders received on Saturday or Sunday and does not include Bank Holidays. Royal mail do not guarantee Saturday delivery, (however we do find that 90% plus arrive on the Saturday. Please note a signature will be required for next day service).

    We use Royal Mail to send all items and whilst they are extremely efficient there can be some delays. Please be assured that we solve all problems. Please contact us after 1 week to give it a chance to arrive. We also recommend that you check with your local sorting office because if you weren’t in whilst delivery was attempted, your parcel would have been sent there for you to collect. If a delivery has been attempted please contact Royal mail to re-arrange delivery, Royal mail hold on to post in their collection offices for 28 days. PLEASE NOTE – We are unable to contact Royal mail on your behalf and can only refund after the package is returned to us if not collected. If it is not collected and returned to us, we will require a postage payment to re-send your item. If your item hasn’t arrived after 30 working days  it will be considered lost in the post and we will file a claim with Royal Mail and send you a replacement.

     Please note no parcels are dispatched on weekends, so orders with next day delivery placed after 4 pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday, for delivery on Tuesday.

    Next day delivery is not available to selected postcodes:

    AB31-38, AB41-56, EI, FK17-21, G83, GY9, HS1-9, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH15-99, TR21-25, ZE. 


     In addition to the above postcodes where this service cannot be ordered, certain non-mainland UK locations where the service can be ordered may incur delivery delays. 

    If you selected a Next Day Delivery service and your order was not delivered within the promised timescale, please contact our customer services team who will be happy to assist.

    For Standard Delivery, please note a parcel cannot be considered late until 15 working days have passed, but this is very rare.


    Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the day your item is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since you received it, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, complete with tags. It must also be in the original packaging, unless otherwise stated.

    If you return items no longer have the original packaging, then we will return them to you and you will not receive a refund. 

    Please fill in the returns form that came with your order, and place it with your item when you send it back to us.

    If you can’t find the returns form, please email sales@thepcclinicuk.com for another copy.

    The goods are your responsibility until they reach us and you must return items at your own cost. We recommend you return items using a tracked service to ensure they reach us safely. 


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


    Please mark exchange on your returns form if you want to exchange your item for the same item in a different size or colour.

    Please note that you will not receive an exchange item if the return conditions above have not been met, and the item will be returned to you. 


    You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the item unless it was faulty when you received it. Please email sales@thepcclinicuk.com to arrange the return of a faulty item at no cost to yourself.
