Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the day your item is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since you received it, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, complete with tags. It must also be in the original packaging, unless otherwise stated.
If you return items no longer have the original packaging, then we will return them to you and you will not receive a refund.
Please fill in the returns form that came with your order, and place it with your item when you send it back to us.
If you can’t find the returns form, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for another copy.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us and you must return items at your own cost. We recommend you return items using a tracked service to ensure they reach us safely.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Please mark exchange on your returns form if you want to exchange your item for the same item in a different size or colour.
Please note that you will not receive an exchange item if the return conditions above have not been met, and the item will be returned to you.
You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the item unless it was faulty when you received it. Please email email@example.com to arrange the return of a faulty item at no cost to yourself.
